Madison River Technology focuses on IT and business solutions in Southwest Montana.  Brian Vincent has worked in the IT industry for 20 years on a myriad of projects.

This is the page on this little website where I should write about all of the services I provide and all of the experience I have.  If you were to read a few paragraphs of that your eyes would likely glaze over and you'd get bored pretty quick.  I would likely brag about being able to put together all kinds of whiz-bang technology that would provide complete, top to bottom, end to end, side to side and cradle to grave technology solutions that run 24x7, around-the-clock, non-stop for a seamless, integrated, innovative, bulletproof and eco-friendly experience.

And yes, I can do that.

What you probably care a lot more about are the things the technology does for you.  You want something that makes your life easier.  You want to be able to hit a button and have a financial report automatically get created.  Perhaps you want to  get that phone call or email no matter where you are  in the world.  Maybe you just have a lot of time consuming things that you know could be more efficient.  Or, maybe you just have a bunch of people sending you expensive bills for technology and you just want someone to figure it all out for you.

Technology seems to be something that's frustrating for a lot of people and I'd just like to make it easier for you.  Yes, I get really annoyed too when I buy a new TV and I don't have that little cable that needs to connect to something-or-other to make it all work.  When you scale that problem up to a business level, frustration leads to ERP systems that don't interface well with your inventory control and systems that go unmaintained without reliable backup solutions.

Let me help you with that kind of stuff.

Now, I should get a bit serious for a minute and give you a bit of background.  For the past fifteen years, I've worked in the resort industry focusing on telecommunications, networks, point of sale solutions and accounting systems.  Besides technology, I have the operational experience to build systems that not only work together, but provide real business value.  Financial reporting, RFP creation, design review, process creation and production flow are all areas that can be considered within the scope of an IT project.

With large scale cloud migrations beginning to happen, now might be a good time to consider what role that can play in your business.  Capital IT expenditures can be shifted to monthly operational expenses and structured to scale up and down depending on any seasonal or staffing changes in your business.

In addition, Madison River Technology can provide traditional technology support services that you probably don't want to hassle with.  Server configuration, workstation and laptop support, system upgrades, software installation.  In case you haven't noticed, there is a noticeable lack of IT support in Southwest Montana and it can be difficult to find people who specialize in even those basic areas.  I have a support network of other IT professionals in the area  and we can provide the service level and response times you need to run your business.

And yes, I took that photo on the front page.  It's Jack Creek covered in ice from a late November cold snap.
